How to measure your foot and buy the correct size
Material: A sheet of paper, pencil or pen, ruler or measuring tape.
HOW TO DO
The easiest and most effective method is to place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace around it with a pencil or pen.
I recommend that you ask someone to help you outline your foot with a pencil or pen. You can stick the paper with tape to the floor to make it firmer and avoid mistakes, use a sock.
1. Foot length: Distance measured along the axis of the foot, between the tip of the heel and the thumb;
2. Maximum width of the foot: measured at the connection of the phalanx of the thumb to the metatarsus;
3. Instep: Perimeter of the foot in the tarsal region;
4. Ankle – heel measurement: Perimeter measured between the instep and the heel;
5. Ankle measurement: Perimeter measured at the ankle;
If it is a high-top boot, measure the perimeter of the calf, generally at a height of 32cm (height of the boot shaft).
